Privacy Policy

Version 1.0 · GDPR/DSGVO-aware

We collect and process only what is necessary to provide the appointment submission service: email address, name, appointment preferences (offices, date range, time preferences), citizen form data required by selected appointment types, and consent records. We store a hashed access code so you can sign in without a password; we do not store the plaintext code.

Data is used to run submission attempts, send service-status emails (verification, progress, confirmation, refund), and manage your one-time onboarding payment. We do not sell your data. We use Resend for email delivery and Stripe for payments/refunds; they process data under their respective privacy policies and DPAs where applicable.

We retain your data while your account is active and for a limited period after cancellation for legal and support purposes, then delete or anonymize it. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us; we will respond within the timeframes required by GDPR.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures (encryption, access control, audit logs) to protect your data. For questions or to exercise your rights: support at your ClawderBerlin domain. Data controller: ClawderBerlin (as identified on the site).
