Terms of Service

By using ClawderBerlin ("we", "service"), you agree to these terms. The service provides appointment submission automation for Berlin Bürgeramt appointment types. After email verification and payment, we attempt submissions on your behalf according to your selected preferences.

You must use the service in accordance with the official Berlin service portal terms and applicable law. You may not use the service to circumvent queue systems or in any way that could harm the availability of the portal for others. We use conservative polling and rate limits.

One-time onboarding fees are charged in advance after email verification. If we do not secure a confirmed booking within seven days from payment, we trigger an automatic refund to the original payment method.

We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or unavailability of the service or the Berlin portal.
